The Trust seeks:

(a) To promote education at primary, secondary and tertiary levels

(b) To promote and research homeschooling

    (i) To publish, disseminate or promote literature, publications, materials and information about or which propagate, promote or maintain homeschooling, and/or

    (ii) To promote or hold seminars, conferences or gatherings about or which propagate, promote or maintain homeschooling, and/or

    (iii) To conduct or support research or study about or which propagate or promote homeschooling

    (iv) To support individuals, trusts, organisations and corporate bodies who or which propagate, promote or maintain homeschooling, whether directly or indirectly, to and for the benefit of the public within Hawkes Bay PROVISO The trustees may support any individual(s) or group(s) to the exclusion of others who or which would otherwise be eligible to receive support from the trust

(c) To purchase educational books or material whether in paper or electronic form

(d) To purchase any other materials or equipment that the trustees consider necessary for the purposes contained herein

(e) To maintain a library and store of the items mentioned in paragraphs (c) and (d)

(f) To make and maintain contact with any other similar organisations throughout New Zealand and throughout the world

(g) To raise funds by whatever means is appropriate to allow the trust to carry out its objects

(h) Generally to do such things as are consistent with the foregoing objects as may conveniently or advantageously be carried on in connection therewith which are charitable in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
